Gene was invaluable to our project! From the moment my wife Anne found his website I talked myself into exploring the concept of and then decided to build our pool. Our project was a little unusual in that I located all the equipment about 40 feet from the pool in our basement and it used a natural gas boiler for heat. Gene was available and responsive to all my questions and provided all the necessary equipment, without that support and detailed instructions I would not have proceeded to build our pool. Now that it is complete and we are enjoying it and I have a deep feeling of satisfaction!
