Ordering the Custom Built Spas instruction book and video started me on a path to completing a satisfying and enriching project. Our family is so happy with the swim spa and hot tub that I created, and I also found the challenge very rewarding. Even with minimal experience with masonry and plumbing, I was easily able to follow the steps to my goal. The support that Gene gave was amazing! His advice was excellent and always timely.
