I had never built a homemade spa of any kind before, and living in a northern climate knew I couldn’t afford to make too many mistakes. Gene helped set me up with all the stuff for my spa including laying out how the piping worked etc (I really had no clue). Of course, more importantly, when I had issues and this happened now and again, Gene was always ready to help, personally and promptly.
