I want to let you know how much I really appreciate your help and guidance with the construction of my spa, I could not have done it without you. Your knowledge regarding spas and providing all of the equipment and parts that I needed was outstanding. Your videos and your literature were clear and complete, you made it easy.
When we decided to go forward with the spa you made mentioned that I could call you anytime. I was a little skeptical about that but, you were absolutely right about your availability. It’s good to see that you are a person of your word. Also, I liked the idea that I could send you pictures of my work for you to review to make sure everything was correct – that was invaluable.
